Kevin Shipp: Arm Yourself, Dark Left Violence is Coming

Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says, “The danger for ‘We the People’ is the Dark Left and Dark Left violence.

As these indictments begin to come out, and as the players are called out, the violence on what I call the Dark Left, the violence is going to increase to the point where it’s going to be very, very bad.

There are going to be beatings and probably shootings, and shooting at police.

There is going to be a lot of violence coming from the Left in the next year or two.

This is one of the reasons you need to exercise your 2nd Amendment rights, because of what the Left is going to do with these findings and what is going to be the death knell for the Democrat Party and the death knell for taking over our Constitution and culture.

They will exponentially bring up their violence, and Americans need to arm themselves and protect themselves against that.”

Gold & Silver Investors Should Be Prepared For A Possible Summer Surprise

Lobo Tiggre, principal analyst of The Independent Speculator, maintains his long-term bullish stance on both gold and silver.

“Other than this short-term, I’m extremely bullish on both gold and silver. Looking at what’s going on in the world, I think that only goes one way. So I would definitely see a summer buying opportunity,” Tiggre told Kitco News.

High Inflation, High Taxes, High Cost of Living, High Migration

A trend has been developing for years, a trend that sees people fleeing the large vast cities of the world for "greener" pastures, both literally and figuratively.

This trend has been building on itself and will continue to do so until we reach a point of stabilization, a point in which the system once again balances itself.

The trend I speak of is the vast migration of people both young and old leaving their high rise towers and moving to smaller, rural towns and cities.

The reasoning for this are many, however, first and foremost, as is with anything else in life, it comes down to money.

Just as with Gresham's law, in which bad money money drives good out of the system, so too does onerous taxes and high costs of living drive people away from these locations to areas that are cheaper to live.

Since the industrial revolution kicked off we have had the opposite occurring, in which people have been flooding to the cities, ever expanding their size and ever increasing the cost to keep such a gargantuan, complex system afloat.

In the past, this has been fine, as this was where the jobs were and people had to move where the money was, they had no choice, food had to be put on the table.

Now, with the meteoric rise of the internet and the reshaping of our economies, never before has it been easier to do so many tasks and jobs from a distant location.

More and more businesses are outsourcing work to achieve their goals, lowering cost and saving money.

Meanwhile, the people who have the luxury of working from a distance can enjoy a lower cost of living if they choose to live in a rural location, typically experiencing housing prices at a 50% or more discount, depending on the location you live, more than making up for the slight decrease in wages they will receive for doing so.

eCommerce businesses are adopting this practice as well, moving their locations to an area that has a lower cost of operation and lower taxes.

Yet, what is driving this move more than anything and creating such a disparity is the fact that government has gotten so big, so out of control, that it is forcing the cost of just about everything higher.

Inflation continues to tick up as an ever increasing amount of fiat money is injected into the system, making the need for precious metals more important than ever, while at the same time wages stagnant and peoples savings are eroded.

Some cannot afford to "get out" and are trapped in a high tax, high cost location.

However, many are not and the numbers prove just how real this mass exodus is.

New York saw 0.47 percent of its population leave the state last year, a historically very high number in one given year and a massive reversal of past trends.

New Jersey, which had 67 percent of its movers leave the state was the State which had the most people leave its borders, stating high taxes as the number one reason.

Meanwhile both Connecticut and California also experienced large departures, with people indicting that estate taxes were a major concern of theirs, as government officials try to grab a bigger and bigger piece of the pie upon retirement and death.

Lifestyle changes also play a major role, as more people are looking to "disconnect" from the hustle and bustle, however, for many, this is just a bonus.

Further proving this point, is the fact that the states with the lowest taxes were the biggest beneficiaries of State migrants, with Florida, Texas and Nevada seeing a large influx of people.

Big government, with the need for ever increasing taxes to sustain its burgeoning mass is the number one reason why expenses are spiraling out of control.

I myself am personally a part of this trend, and I believe we haven't seen anything yet.

The great migration of people who once were heading towards the big cities are now heading back out, in the other direction.

This is a trend that has just begun and will be years in the making.

Eventually an equilibrium will be restored, however much change is going to occur first, with high tax locations finding themselves losing businesses, tax revenue and collapsing under their own ginormous weight.

In the meantime, expect the government to do what it does best, print copious amounts of fiat money to make up for the shortfall and bridge the revenue gap, refusing to shrink itself to adjust to the new reality it finds itself in.

Expect gold and silver to respond in turn, rising in time as fiat money continues to flood the system and as they adjust to rising inflation and rising costs, while at the same time the dollar weakens, creating a recipe for much, much higher prices.

Chris Powell: Global Manipulation Cannot Stop Inflation

Chris Powell, Treasurer and Secretary of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee (GATA), has been trying to get the U.S. government to come clean about massive market manipulations. GATA says they have hit a stone wall of silence.

Powell concludes, “Presumably, the U.S. Treasury is secretly trading in any number of markets and refuses to say which markets they are.

I heard a U.S. Assistant Attorney move for a Summary Judgement dismissal of our lawsuit saying, without admitting the U.S. government was rigging the markets as we complained in our lawsuit, the U.S. government does claim the power to do what our lawsuit complained of, and that was to secretly rig the markets. I think we have established this now to the satisfaction of any reasonable person.

Especially since the CME Group, which operates the major futures exchanges in the United States, has just renewed what it calls its central bank incentive program, which gives enormous volume trading discounts to governments and central banks for surreptitiously trading all the futures markets.

So, we know the CME group has created mechanisms for secret trading by the U.S. government and other governments to get discounts in all of the futures trading in the United States.”

Why Gold Price Corrections Right Now Are A Great Thing

Technical indicators are signalling a buy opportunity for gold on a short-term basis, said Frank Holmes, CEO of Global Investors, who recommend buying on the dip in today's environment.

Other factors also contribute to his positive assessment of the yellow metal, including strong PMI data from China, which could signal good jewelry demand, as well as Venezuela's gold dump worth around $400 million.

"On a daily basis, in the past couple of days, it's a very attractive buy, you've got to buy when these countries are finally liquidating their assets before there's a change in government, and that's positive for the gold market," Holmes told Kitco News.

Redacted Mueller Report Released: Markets Move Higher

The markets started the day lower across the board, including precious metals as the world anxiously awaited the release of the highly anticipated redacted Mueller Report.

Attorney General William Barr, who was recently appointed by President Trump to replace Jeff Sessions, has now given his press conference and as expected has released the more than 400 page Mueller Report, just as expected he would.

In addition to releasing the report, Attorney General Barr however took a moment to criticize the media and their reporting over the last few years, highlighting the many misstatements and errors that they have made throughout the process.

This release however does come with some redacted parts, as sensitive information that could either endanger or compromise innocent people has been removed.

Despite what some hardened conspiracy theorist are stating, this is standard procedure, as you cannot publicly shame or bring negative attention to an individual that has not been charged with a crime.

Additionally, if the subject matter is deemed a risk to national security, then it too will be redacted.

Also as expected, the report of which news analyst and political pundits alike have been scouring over, highlights some interesting facts. Some of these facts paint the President and his allies in a negative light, while others exonerate him of wrong doing.

Regardless of what the you will hear from the legacy Mainstream Media, which will either spin this news into all positive or all negative depending on which channel you are tuning into, the markets are taking this release as positive overall for the country.

What this means is, Wall St and investors as a whole believe that Trumps exoneration and the verdict of "no collusion" by Robert Mueller is good overall for the United States as a whole.

The fact that I even have to say this is mind boggling and truly stunning. It shows the level of partisanship that has infested the West as a whole.

This fact that the President of the United States did not conspire with a foreign power, of which many deem to be hostile to the West, should be celebrated, not mourned!

Still, this is a conspiracy theory that is not going to die easy, as the MSM has pushed the "Russian Collusion" story for over two years now and they cannot let it go easily, as the truth completely exposes just how far their journalistic integrity and ability to tell the truth has fallen.

Sadly much of the MSM has devolved into tabloid status, selectively cherry picking facts and information to paint push their desired narrative.

All across the air waves anchors and political pundits are attempting to defend the dying conspiracy theory right down to the last minute.

Sadly, what this means is that we cannot expect things to return to normal, we cannot expect things to settle down and we cannot expect rational minds to resume control.

The 2020 elections are rapidly approaching and I once again need to stress my past prediction that it will be the most bloody, violent and nasty election that we have seen in living memory.

This means that chaos will run rampant and volatility in the markets will reign supreme.

Expect dirty tricks from both the radical left and the extreme far right.

Centrist will be tempted to pick a side, however, you must remain vigilant and resilient, keeping a rational mind at all times, viewing things through a nonpartisan lens, however difficult this will be.

Precious metals, both gold and silver will offer the protection that they have always offered for centuries on end, mitigating the political risk that at this point is not only likely, but all but guaranteed...

Top 10 Reasons I Buy Gold and Silver

When the average investor thinks about gold, they may view it as an inflation hedge. Or maybe as crisis insurance. Or perhaps solely as a portfolio diversifier.

These are all good reasons to own gold—but those are always good reasons to buy precious metals.

Mike Maloney’s reasons to own gold and silver at this point in history are very different than what passes as standard arguments.

Given the monetary and economic risks present today, and the types of crises Mike believes are coming, he wanted to share his personal reasons with everyone.

And he has a brand new video that details them. They center around a perfect storm of worldwide trends that are set to explode simultaneously and push gold and silver into hyper-bubbles.

Liberty Under Attack: Gold and Silver Fall?!

On a day like today, the irony of gold and silver losing key psychological support levels is beyond ironic, it is ludicrous.

Unless you are living under a rock, then you will of heard that after seven years of hiding out in the Ecuadorian Embassy, Julian Assange, the founder and head of Wikileaks was forced out of asylum and arrested by the UK government.

This move, which has been highly anticipated for days caused a sudden and almost immediate flood of emotions, with some supporting the move and others screaming out in rage and shock, as they watched a disheveled Assange being dragged out of the Embassy and thrown into an awaiting police vehicle.

His appearance once again raised concerns of his well being and health, as many of his supporters have raised the issue of the damage being done on his mental health over the last seven years of being confined.

This concerns appeared to be valid, as Julian Assange without a doubt looked absolutely horrible.

Whether or not you support Julian Assange and Wikileaks as a whole likely depends on the way the political winds are currently blowing.

I remember well the entirety of the Assange saga and the work that Wikileaks has done throughout the years, exposing such things as the "Iraq War Logs" and the "leaked State Department cables".

These two very prominent leaks by Wikileaks exposed a deep level of corruption within the US government and thus he became a massive enemy of the United States bureaucrats and the deep state.

The first major leak made Assange a hero of the left, as it greatly damaged President Bush and the Republican party of the time, exposing the violent acts of torture that the military was committing overseas.

The second major leak saw the political winds change, blowing them in another direction.

Turning the left who once idolized him, against him.

Meanwhile, since Obama was in office and it made the Democrats look negative, Republicans began to embrace Wikileaks with open arms.

This flip flopping of support for a journalistic organization that has proven itself to not be partisan should make anyone that has done so hang their heads in shame.

Whether or not you believe or don't believe the allegations against Assange in his personal life, is up to you, however, the organization of Wikileaks itself has proven that they are only loyal to liberty and not a political party.

The truth should always be embraced.

Returning to my opening statement, it is therefore with cynical humor that I watch the ticker symbol of both gold and silver bullion trend lower throughout today's breaking news.

This news, no matter what you believe, is overall being heralded as an attack on liberty and the freedom of truth, as it is without a doubt that it was largely politically motivated.

Gold and silver which represent the embodiment of free, honest money, should be soaring higher as they watch this government crackdown unfold in real time.

Instead, we have the exact opposite, in which they have both lost important support levels, with gold falling below $1300 USD per ounce, and silver falling below $15 USD per ounce.

Sadly, it appears that today is not only finding liberty on sale, but also gold and silver as well.

However, as does truth and liberty always prevail in the end, despite how many setbacks they may face, so too will gold and silver bullion ultimately break free of their restraints and ultimately move higher.

Who's Worse: Julian Assange or the New York Times and Washington Post?

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange speaks at the Ecuadorian embassy after Swedish prosecutors drop rape inquiry against him on, London. May 19th, 2017 (Matrix/MediaPUnch via AP)

The arrest of Julian Assange by British authorities was met with nearly unanimous hosannas by U.S. politicians who gave their requisite soundbites cum gravitas on Capitol Hill Thursday. The self-styled journalist, they almost all said, should be extradited to the U.S. as quickly as possible to face the proverbial music for having exposed state secrets of our country — or at least the Democratic Party. Well, not exactly that — more accurately for having conspired with former U.S. intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to download classified databases, a legal distinction.

Ironically, not a peep has been heard from the same people (or almost anybody for that matter) thus far about another recent egregious misuse of journalism that resulted not in arrests but in the awarding of its most famous prize, the Pulitzer. As Beth Baumann noted for Townhall:

Let's not forget that The Washington Post and The New York Times won the 2018 Pultizer Prize for their national reporting of President Donald Trump's alleged collusion with Russia. They were awarded $15,000 in a joint prize.

The "award winning" journalists include Maggie Haberman, Jo Becker, Matt Apuzzo and Mark Mazetti from The Times and Rosalind Helderman, Tom Hamburger, Ellen Nakashima, Adam Entous and Greg Miller from WaPo.

They received the award "For deeply sourced, relentlessly reported coverage in the public interest that dramatically furthered the nation’s understanding of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its connections to the Trump campaign, the President-elect’s transition team and his eventual administration. (The New York Times entry, submitted in this category, was moved into contention by the Board and then jointly awarded the Prize.)"

Deeply sourced? What a laugh. As we now know post-Mueller report, these "respected" journalists were simply trafficking in collusion lies whispered to them by biased informants. In other words, they were a bunch of gullible, over-zealous propagandists. For that they received their Pulitzers, as yet unreturned, needless to say (just as the Pulitzer for Walter Duranty still hangs on the New York Times' wall despite decades of pleas from Ukrainians whose countrymen's mass murder by Stalin was bowdlerized by Duranty)...

Is Your State a Second Amendment Sanctuary?

You have good reason to be concerned that coming unconstitutional federal laws are going to strip you of your second amendment rights.

Constitutional scholar Edwin Vieira returns to Reluctant Preppers to discuss the breaking national rebellion of cities, counties and states rising up against tyrannical overreach by the federal government.

BREAKING: Julian Assange Arrested In London

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange's nearly seven year stay in the Ecuadorian embassy in London has finally come to a disastrous end. After Wikileaks warned last week that Ecuador was preparing in revoke Assange's asylum based on the claim that he violated its terms, Assange was ousted on Thursday morning, and is now in the custody of British police.

He will likely face extradition to the US, after a sealed indictment against him were accidentally revealed last year. Wikileaks accused Ecuador of illegally terminating Assange's asylum, adding that the Ecuadorian ambassador invited police inside the embassy to take Assange into custody.

In a tweet published moments ago, Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno said that Assange's "discourteous and aggressive" behavior, as well as "hostile" acts committed by Wikileaks, pushed Ecuador to revoke his asylum. Moreno cited Wikileaks' publication of sensitive Vatican documents earlier this year as the straw that finally broke the camel's back. Members of the organization purportedly visited Assange in the embassy after the leak, apparently substantiating suspicions that Assange was still in charge of the organization.

Furthermore, Moreno declared his asylum "unsustainable and no longer viable" because Assange had repeatedly violated "clear cut provisions of the conventions of on diplomatic asylum."

Following reports last week that the termination of Assange's asylum was imminent, a UN envoy on torture warned Ecuador that revoking Assange's protection would be a violation, since he could face "torture" and mistreatment should he be extradited to the US. Assange's relationship with his host had become increasingly strained over the past year. Last year, Ecuador briefly revoked some of Assange's "privileges", including access to the Internet, over his 'poor hygiene habits', the #INAPapers about offshore money laundering, implicating the Ecuadorian president in a corruption scandal.

The expulsion comes just a day after Wikileaks held a press conference accusing Ecuador of carrying out an "extensive spying operation"on Assange and handing intel over to the British and American authorities.
